Every company’s data is kept strictly separate. No company can ever see another’s rates, calculations, or shipment records – this is enforced at the system level, not just hidden behind the interface. Multi-company data isolation is a foundation of how the platform is built, not an added feature.
Sign-in uses one-time access codes rather than stored passwords – nothing to leak, reuse, or guess. Access within each company is role-based, so team members only see what’s relevant to their role, whether that’s day-to-day use or company administration.
Security isn’t a one-time setup. We conduct regular reviews of data access and system permissions as the platform grows, and treat every new feature as an opportunity to check that access controls remain correct.
There’s no bulk data export function built into the platform – a deliberate choice that reduces the risk of data leaving the system inappropriately. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
The platform is hosted on established, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, with servers located within the EU – supporting the data residency expectations of GDPR-conscious clients across Europe. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, using industry-standard encryption methods.
